重庆刘一手饮食管理公司成立于2000年,是一家专业从事火锅连锁加盟企业管理的著名企业。 从一个路边火锅店开始,并扩大到成为一个巨大的国际食品集团,拥有900多家分店,覆盖中国31个省,美国,加拿大,迪拜,新加坡,澳大利亚,澳门等地方。2014年,为了快速拓展北美市场,刘一手北美总部选择了温哥华地区。 现在我们正在寻求经验丰富的餐厅厨师长职位(全职)。

Job Description:
岗位要求:

1. Manage kitchen and run food preparation and production process in accordance to all policies and procedures and government regulations
管理和运营厨房的食品准备和生产流程,并且确保所有流程遵守政府相关政策法规

2. Ensure recipes created are being executed in accordance to standard of specification and ensure the consistency of original Liuyishou Hot Pot taste at all stores

3. Follow up food materials receiving process to ensure food quality & quantities to meet standard
严格按照食材收货流程确保数量质量达标

4. Provide ongoing coaching, education and professional development, (including workshops, seminars, classes, meetings, etc) to ensure kitchen staff are staying enthusiasm and proficiency
提供持续的辅导,教育和专业发展,以确保厨房的员工保持工作热情和熟练度

5. Responsible for team’s performances, commendation, disciplinary actions, employee issues and grievances

6. Identify potential assistant chef / kitchen manager to support their growth

7. Constantly review existing product lines; responsible for developing new products, increase new categories and monitor their performances and quality

8. Carry out the labor cost and productivity analysis to justify the use of new work processes and the purchase of new equipment to produce products

Qualifications:
任职资格:

1. Minimum of 3 years working experience as Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef in a Chinese Restaurant
超过3年的工作经验从事中式餐厅厨房的厨师长或主厨职位

2. Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in Chinese (Mandarin)
必须展现出有效的中文(普通话)沟通能力

3. Have a well-versed knowledge in all kinds of ingredients and equipment; Able to conduct on-site demonstration of hands-on techniques and production process of various kitchen products
熟练掌握各种配料和设备,能够进行现场展现各种中式菜品的熟练技术和制作过程

4. Able to demonstrate good management skills and leadership and dare to lead by examples
能够表现出良好的管理技能和领导能力,以实例为导向实施管理
